Step 1: Apply
Once you have identified a job opportunity of interest, please submit your resume to Human Resources by clicking on the link in the job posting. You will then be forwarded to an online application system. Please follow all of the necessary steps to complete your application.
Following your submittal, a member of our team will review your credentials. You will then be contacted if we are interested in scheduling an interview.
Step 2: Assess
At Aux Sable, we initiate dialogue with you through a traditional in-person interview. We recognize an interview should serve a mutual benefit, and we invite you to ask questions. This may involve talking to multiple members of the Aux Sable team.
If your skills and experience are a potential match for the position, additional interviews may be scheduled. If it is determined that the position is not a fit, you will be notified.
Step 3: Offer & On-boarding
Before making an offer, Aux Sable will conduct reference checks. Offers are extended live via telephone from a member of our internal team and followed up with a written offer letter and information about our company and benefits.
Once you have accepted an offer with Aux Sable, you will receive information regarding next steps, including a pre-employment background check if applicable. You will go through the formal on-boarding experience.
If you are not selected for a particular role after your interview, you will receive communication from a member of our team.
